I'll blow the session which is telling me to wait out of the water and apologise. We have had quite a few hiccups in the last few days. Like any website Flickr has the odd hiccup and, in such a situation, I would suggest the best thing to do is look at another website for a while or engage in another activity until such time that Flickr is operational again. Perhaps the modern usage of systematic has changed but, as far as I'm aware, Flickr is not having a methodical breakdown according to a fixed plan or system.
